Well At Work & Associati is a group psychology practice, founded by a close-knit team of professionals who wanted to formalize a practice of working together aimed at promoting the well-being of their clients, people and organizations.

In 2004 some professionals come together to work for the development of human capital of companies. The group follows the path of the positive psychology movement, which took its first steps at the start of the third millennium. Stefano Gheno and Maria Elena Magrin, among the founders of the Italian Society of Positive Psychology, aggregate a team of young professionals interested in developing the mission of promoting the well-being in the workplace.

A few years later born Eudaimonia, which provides businesses with two brands, Well At Work and Re-Act, dedicated to research and evaluation.

In 2013 a new turn, Eudaimonia becomes Well At Work & Associates, which acquires both brands of Eudaimonia and represents the continuity in terms of know-how.

Our mission is to promote the well-being of the organizations and people who work there. We are convinced that "work tired", but it is also an opportunity to build and realize themselves. We believe the possibility of a positive alliance between people and businesses, and we want to help in its construction and maintenance, convinced that satisfied people do successful companies.

In order to reach its purpose Well at Work designs and creates ad hoc interventions in collaboration with company management, providing guidance both in the identification of strengths and criticalities as well as in the development and promotion of areas of improvement.
The theoretical and methodological resources at our disposal to achieve our mission we are from positive psychology and the theory of empowerment. The tools we use are the training, assessment, coaching and counseling.

Well at Work is also Re-Act, Reseach in Action, which focuses on creating tools, surveys and evaluation processes using a web platform in order to carry out research and assessment on-line, saving time and costs, with higher protection of privacy.

In addition, Well at Work is part of scientific and professional networks, such as the European Network of Positive Psychology, the Italian Society of Positive Psychology and the Italian Association of Trainers.
